Guidelines for Personalize and Wholesale Requests

Thank you for your interest in the Evans Golf Company and our golf bags. We have worked with some of the most iconic golf clubs and top-ranked collegiate golf teams in the country for their golf bag needs. We would be honored to work with you and appreciate your interest in our bags.

We have an in-house Orders team that is excited to work with you on a mock-up for you to proof and approve. Once your design and order is approved, we will generally have your bags to you in 2-3 weeks, depending on the size and complexity of the order.

Before you submit a request to us, please review our custom and wholesale order guidelines.

Order Minimums:

For golf pro shops, we do not have any order minimums. For corporate or event orders, we have a 10 bag minimum. For collegiate or high school team orders, we have a 10 bag minimum.

Logos:

There are three spots that we can place logos (see diagram). We cannot place logos in any other spots due to the design and construction of the bag. Position A is our standard location and is the most common selection from clubs. We strongly recommend Position A.

We will not embroider multiple logos from multiple clubs on a single bag. One logo per bag.

We will not put any logo on a bag without the consent of a representative of the club, team or corporation.

Personalization:

We can personalize bags as part of any order, and we charge our standard fee of $25 for any personalization. We will only personalize bags on the fold above the small side pocket (see diagram).
